In order to promote engagement with the show, I had to animate a text conversation between friends. Texting described the show in a natural and engaging way, ensuring viewers felt they were a part of a conversation they might have. Texting also targeted the younger demographic for the show - women aged between 18 and 35.
With the dialogue crafted by a community engagement expert, I used an iPhone screen (the most common phone used by the targeted demographic), clean visuals and a clear call-to-action to make the post entertaining while effectively promoting the show.
Specific work included using Photoshop to resize and edit the screen using Apple fonts and icons for Instagram and Facebook. I also recoloured the text bubbles pink to match the show's branding, added emojis, and created the contact information. I animated the text bubbles in After Effects.
